Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Toygar Köse Design Studio (“the Studio”) as data controller. Address: Ofispark Plaza, Kağıthane, Istanbul.

Data we process

Through the forms on this site we process your name, email address, phone number, organisation, referral information and message, as well as your IP address for security purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to receive and answer appointment, invitation, seminar and information requests, to contact you, and to protect the site from abuse, based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties other than the email and hosting providers used to deliver your request. The map is loaded by Google only when you click it.

Retention

Request records are kept for at most two years after the request is concluded and are then deleted.

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object. Please write to [email protected].
